Ruku' Supplication — Glory be to my Lord, the Most Great

سُبْحَانَكَرَبَّنَاوَبِحَمْدِكَ،اللَّهُمَّاغْفِرْلِي

Transliteration
Subhānaka Rabbanā wa bi-ḥamdika, Allāhumma-ghfir lī
Translation
Glory be to You, our Lord, and praise is Yours. O Allah, forgive me.
Context
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ would say this supplication in his Ruku' (bowing) during prayer. This is a beautiful way to remember Allah's perfection and seek His forgiveness even in the midst of worship.
Benefit
This dua combines glorifying Allah with seeking His forgiveness, embodying humility and reliance on Him during the act of bowing in prayer.
When to Recite
During the Ruku' (bowing) portion of the prayer, at least once.
