Opening Invocation for Guidance in Salah

اللَّهُمَّاهْدِنِيفِيهِمْ،وَسَدِّدْنِي،وَاذْكُرْهُدَاكَ،وَسَدَادَكَ،وَعَظِّمْنِعْمَتَكَعَلَيَّ،إِنِّيأَسْأَلُكَمِنْفَضْلِكَ،فَإِنَّهُلَايَمْلِكُفَضْلَكَأَحَدٌغَيْرُكَ.

Transliteration
Allahumma ihdini fihim, wa saddidni, wadhkur hudaka, wa sadadaka, wa 'adhdhim ni'mataka 'alayya, inni as'aluka min fadlik, fa innahu la yamliku fadlaka ahadun ghayruk.
Translation
O Allah, guide me within them (my prayers) and make me firm and direct me. Remind me of Your guidance and Your directedness, and magnify Your blessings upon me. Indeed, I ask You of Your bounty, for none can possess Your bounty except You.
Context
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught this supplication to his companion Ali ibn Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with him) to recite in his prayer. It's a profound request for divine direction and grace during the most sacred act of worship.

This dua seeks Allah's help to remain steadfast and guided in prayer, acknowledging that all blessings and success come solely from Him.
