Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min 'adhab al-qabr, wa min 'adhab jahannam, wa min fitnat al-mahya wal-ma'mat, wa min sharri fitnat al-masih ad-dajjal.
Translation
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave, from the punishment of Hellfire, from the trials of life and death, and from the evil of the trial of Al-Maseeh Ad-Dajjal.
Context
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught this supplication to his companions, instructing them to recite it after the final Tashahhud and before the tasleem (ending salutation) of the prayer. It is a comprehensive plea for protection against major sources of torment and trial.
Benefit
Seeking refuge with Allah from these specific trials acknowledges His supreme power and our reliance on Him for protection against the unseen torments of the grave, the Hellfire, and the ultimate test of the Dajjal.
When to Recite
After the final Tashahhud, before the salam.
