Dua for Food and Drink
Source: At-Tirmidhi 3455
((مَنْأَطْعَمَهُاللَّهُالطَّعَامَفَلْيَقُلْ:اللَّهُمَّبَارِكْلَنَافِيهِوَأَطْعِمْنَاخَيْراًمِنْهُ،وَمَنْسَقَاهُاللَّهُلَبَناًفَلْيَقُلْاللَّهُمَّبَارِكْلَنَافِيهِوَزِدْنَامِنْهُ)).

Transliteration
Man at'amahullahu at-ta'ama falyaqul: Allahumma barik lana feehi wa at'imna khayran minhu. Wa man saqahullahu labanan falyqul: Allahumma barik lana feehi wa zidna minhu.
Translation
Whoever Allah provides with food, should say: 'O Allah, bless it for us and provide us with better than it.' And whoever Allah provides with milk to drink, should say: 'O Allah, bless it for us and increase us in it.'
Context
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught this supplication for when one is given food or milk. It is a way to show gratitude and ask Allah for continued blessings and sustenance.
Benefit
This dua teaches us to be thankful for the provisions Allah bestows upon us, seeking His continued favor and more than what we have been given.
When to Recite
Recited when beginning to eat food or drink milk.
