Transliteration
Yad'u li-nafsihi baynal-adhani wal-iqamati, fa innal-du'aa'a hina'idhin la yuraddu.
Translation
Supplicate for yourself between the Adhan and the Iqamah, for the supplication at that time is not rejected.
Context
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught that the time between the Adhan (call to prayer) and the Iqamah (second call to prayer) is a special window for answered prayers. He encouraged Muslims to use this period to ask Allah for whatever they need.
Benefit
This dua is a powerful reminder to seize the blessed moments before prayer to turn to Allah. It assures us that our earnest requests during this time are heard and answered.
When to Recite
Between the Adhan and the Iqamah, before the start of the congregational prayer.
