Dua for Sending Blessings upon the Prophet ﷺ After Tashahhud

((اللَّهُمَّصَلِّعَلَىمُحَمَّدٍوَعَلَىأَزْوَاجِهِوَذُرِّيَّتِهِ،كَمَاصَلَّيْتَعَلَىآلِإِبْرَاهِيمَ.وَبَارِكْعَلَىمُحَمَّدٍوَعَلَىأَزْواجِهِوَذُرِّيَّتِهِ،كَمَابَارَكْتَعَلَىآلِإِبْرَاهِيمَ.إِنَّكَحَمِيدٌمَجِيدٌ)).

Transliteration
Allahumma salli 'ala Muhammad wa 'ala azwajihi wa dhurriyyatihi, kama sallayta 'ala 'aali Ibraheem. Wa barik 'ala Muhammad wa 'ala azwajihi wa dhurriyyatihi, kama barakta 'ala 'aali Ibraheem. Innaka Hameedun Majeed.
Translation
O Allah, send prayers upon Muhammad and upon his wives and his descendants, just as You sent prayers upon the family of Ibraheem. And send blessings upon Muhammad and upon his wives and his descendants, just as You sent blessings upon the family of Ibraheem. Verily, You are Praiseworthy, Majestic.
Context
This supplication is recited after the Tashahhud in prayer. It is a beautiful way to seek Allah's blessings not only on the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ but also on his family, wives, and descendants, following the pattern of blessings sent upon the family of Prophet Ibraheem (peace be upon him).
