((اللَّهُمَّصَلِّعَلَىمُحَمَّدٍ،وَعَلَىآلِمُحَمَّدٍ،كَمَاصَلَّيتَعَلَىإِبْرَاهِيمَ،وَعَلَىآلِإِبْرَاهِيمَ،إِنَّكَحَمِيدٌمَجِيدٌ،اللَّهُمَّبَارِكْعَلَىمُحَمَّدٍوَعَلَىآلِمُحَمَّدٍ،كَمَابَارَكْتَعَلَىإِبْرَاهِيمَوَعَلَىآلِإِبْرَاهِيمَ،إِنَّكَحَمِيدٌمَجِيدٌ)).

Transliteration
Allahumma salli 'ala Muhammad, wa 'ala aali Muhammad, kama sallayta 'ala Ibraheem, wa 'ala aali Ibraheem, innaka Hameedun Majeed. Allahumma barik 'ala Muhammad, wa 'ala aali Muhammad, kama barakta 'ala Ibraheem, wa 'ala aali Ibraheem, innaka Hameedun Majeed.
Translation
O Allah, send prayers upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, just as You sent prayers upon Ibraheem and the family of Ibraheem. Verily, You are Praiseworthy, Majestic. O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, just as You sent blessings upon Ibraheem and the family of Ibraheem. Verily, You are Praiseworthy, Majestic.
Context
This is the supplication the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught his companions to recite after the Tashahhud in prayer.
