Dua for Sujood — O Allah, unto You I have prostrated

((اللَّهُمَّلَكَسَجَدْتُوَبِكَآمَنْتُ،وَلَكَأَسْلَمْتُ،سَجَدَوَجْهِيَلِلَّذِيخَلَقَهُ،وَصَوَّرَهُ،وَشَقَّسَمْعَهُوَبَصَرَهُ،تَبَارَكَاللَّهُأَحْسنُالْخَالِقينَ)).

Transliteration
Allahumma laka sajadtu wa bika amantu, wa laka aslamtu. Sajada wajhiyal-ladhi khalaqahu, wa sawwarahu, wa shaqqa sam'ahu wa basarahu. Tabarakallahu ahsanul-khaliqin.
Translation
O Allah, I prostrate to You and I believe in You, and to You I submit. My face has prostrated to the One Who created it, fashioned it, and gave it hearing and sight. Blessed is Allah, the Best of Creators.
Context
This supplication is recommended to be recited during the prostration (sujood) in prayer. It expresses complete submission and reliance on Allah, acknowledging His creation and perfect artistry in fashioning us.
