Dua for Ruku' — Allahumma Laka Raka'tu

اللَّهُمَّلَكَرَكَعْتُوَبِكَآمَنْتُوَلَكَأَسْلَمْتُخَشَعَلَكَسَمْعِيوَبَصَرِيوَمُخِّيوَعِظَامِيوَعَصَبِيوَمَااسْتَقَلَّتْبِهِقَدَمِي

Transliteration
Allahumma laka raka'tu wa bika amantu wa laka aslamtu. Khasha'a laka sam'i wa basari wa mukhhi wa 'idhamee wa 'asabee wa ma-staqalla bihi qadamee.
Translation
O Allah, to You I have bowed, and in You I have believed, and to You I have submitted. My hearing, my sight, my mind, my bones, my nerves, and all that my feet bear are humbled to You.
Context
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught this supplication to be recited during the bowing (ruku') of the prayer. It is a profound expression of submission and humility before Allah, acknowledging that all parts of one's being are subject to Him.
Benefit
This dua encapsulates complete surrender to Allah, recognizing that all our faculties and physical being are His creation and are humbled before His majesty during prayer.

During the ruku' (bowing) of any obligatory or voluntary prayer.
