كَانَالرَّجُلُإِذَاأَسْلَمَعَلَّمَهُالنَّبيُّصلىاللهعليهوسلمالصَّلاَةَثُمَّأَمَرَهُأَنْيَدْعُوَبِهَؤُلاَءِالْكَلِمَاتِ:((اللَّهُمَّاغْفِرِلِي،وَارْحَمْنِي،وَاهْدِنِي،وَعَافِنِيوَارْزُقْنِي)).

Transliteration
Allahumma ighfir li, warhamni, wahdini, wa 'afini, warzuqni.
Translation
O Allah, forgive me, have mercy upon me, guide me, grant me well-being, and provide for me.
Context
When a man embraced Islam, the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ would teach him how to pray and then instruct him to recite these words. This dua encapsulates comprehensive requests for spiritual and worldly well-being.
Benefit
This supplication seeks Allah's complete favor, encompassing forgiveness for sins, mercy in this life and the next, guidance to the straight path, physical and mental health, and provision.
