Transliteration
Allahumma ighfir li, warhamni, wahdini, wajburni, wa 'afini, warzuqni, warfa'ni.
Translation
O Allah, forgive me, have mercy on me, guide me, mend me, grant me well-being, provide for me, and elevate me.
Context
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught this comprehensive supplication to be recited while sitting between two prostrations during prayer. It is a moment of deep humility, asking Allah for all aspects of well-being in this life and the next.
