Remembrance After Salah — Subhanallah, Alhamdulillah, Allahu Akbar

((سُبْحَانَاللَّهِ،وَالْحَمْدُلِلَّهِ،وَاللَّهُأَكْبَرُ(ثلاثاًوثلاثين)لاَإِلَهَإِلاَّاللَّهُوَحْدَهُلاَشَرِيكَلَهُ،لَهُالْمُلْكُوَلَهُالْحَمْدُوَهُوَعَلَىكُلِّشَيْءٍقَدِيرٌ)).

Transliteration
Subhanallah, walhamdulillah, wallahu akbar (33 times). La ilaha illallah wahdahu la sharika lah, lahul mulku wa lahul hamdu wa huwa 'ala kulli shay'in qadir.
Translation
Glory be to Allah, and all praise is for Allah, and Allah is the greatest. (Recited 33 times). None has the right to be worshipped except Allah, alone, without partner. To Him belongs all sovereignty and praise, and He is over all things omnipotent.
Context
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught his companions to recite this remembrance after every obligatory prayer. It is a way to seek forgiveness and glorify Allah after fulfilling the prayer.
Benefit
This supplication purifies the heart and mind, seeking Allah's forgiveness for any shortcomings during prayer and acknowledging His absolute power and dominion.
When to Recite
After every obligatory prayer, recited 33 times each for 'Subhanallah', 'Alhamdulillah', and 'Allahu Akbar', followed by the full statement.
