اللَّهُمَّفَارِقِالْبَطْنَوَفَارِقِالدَّمَوَفَارِقِالشَّعْرَوَفَارِقِالْجِلْدَ

Transliteration
Allahumma fariq al-batna wa fariq ad-damma wa fariq ash-sha'ra wa fariq al-jilda
Translation
O Allah, separate my belly, separate my blood, separate my hair, and separate my skin.
Context
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught this supplication to be recited when looking at oneself in a mirror. It is a prayer for Allah to keep one's body parts pure and free from disease and ailments.
