Prophet Nuh's Dua for Help Against Oppressors

رَّبِّنْصُرْنِيعَلَىالْقَوْمِالْمُفْسِدِينَ

Transliteration

Rábbi insurnī 'alá al-qawmi al-mufsidīn

Translation

My Lord, grant me victory over the corrupt people.

Context

This is the supplication of Prophet Nuh (peace be upon him) when he sought Allah's help against his people who rejected his message and persisted in their corruption. He turned to his Lord in a time of great distress and opposition.

Benefit

This dua is a powerful reminder to turn to Allah for justice and victory when faced with oppression or those who spread corruption. It teaches reliance on the Almighty in difficult circumstances.

O Allah, You are my Lord, there is no god but You. You created me and I am Your servant. I keep Your covenant and my pledge to You as best I can. I take refuge in You from the evil I have done. I acknowledge before You Your favor upon me, and I acknowledge my sin — so forgive me, for none forgives sins but You.
