Transliteration
Huwal-awwalu wal-aakhiru wazh-zhahir-u wal-batin-u, wa huwa bikulli shay-in 'aleem.
Translation
He is The First and The Last, The Most显 (Ath-Thahir) and The Most Hidden (Al-Batin), and He is the Knower of all things.
