((اللَّهُمَّإِنِّيأَعُوذُبِكَأَنْأُشْرِكَبِكَوَأَنَاأَعْلَمُ،وَأَسْتَغْفِرُكَلِمَالاَأَعْلَمُ)).

Transliteration
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika an ushrika bika wa ana a'lam, wa astaghfiruka lima la a'lam.
Translation
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from associating partners with You knowingly, and I seek Your forgiveness for what I do unknowingly.
Context
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught this comprehensive supplication to his companions, emphasizing the profound danger of shirk, even when unintentional. He instructed them to seek refuge in Allah from knowingly committing this gravest of sins and to ask for His forgiveness for any shirk done out of ignorance.
Benefit
This dua protects the believer from the hidden and overt forms of shirk, purifying their worship and ensuring their devotion is solely for Allah.
When to Recite
Recited when fear of falling into shirk arises, or as a regular supplication for protection.
