((اللَّهُمَّأَعِنِّيعَلَىذِكْرِكَ،وَشُكْرِكَ،وَحُسْنِعِبادَتِكَ)).

Transliteration
Allahumma a'inni 'ala dhikrika, wa shukrika, wa husni 'ibadatika.
Translation
O Allah, help me to remember You, to give thanks to You, and to worship You in the best manner.
Context
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught this powerful supplication to his companion Mu'adh ibn Jabal (may Allah be pleased with him). He instructed him to say it after the Tashahhud, just before concluding his prayer, emphasizing its importance in seeking Allah's assistance for a complete worship.

This dua is a profound request for divine aid in fulfilling the core purposes of our existence: remembering Allah, showing gratitude for His blessings, and perfecting our acts of worship.

After the final Tashahhud and before the Taslim (ending the prayer), once.
