After Eating — Alhamdulillah

((الْحَمْدُلِلَّهِحَمْداًكَثِيراًطَيِّباًمُبَارَكاًفِيهِ،غَيْرَ[مَكْفِيٍّوَلاَ]مُوَدَّعٍ،وَلاَمُسْتَغْنَىًعَنْهُرَبَّنَا)).

Transliteration
Alḥamdulillāhi ḥamdan kathīran ṭayyiban mubārakan fīhi, ghayra [makfiyyin wa lā] muwadda‘in, wa lā mustaghnan ‘anhu Rabbana.
Translation
All praise is due to Allah, abundant, pure, blessed praise. Praise that is never insufficient, never to be bid farewell to, and always needed, O our Lord.
Context
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught this supplication to his companions after they finished a meal. It expresses deep gratitude for the sustenance Allah provided, acknowledging His constant sufficiency and our perpetual need for Him.
Benefit
Reciting this dua after eating trains the heart to constantly remember Allah's blessings, fostering contentment and a humble dependence on Him as our Lord.
