Transliteration

Yasta'eezhu billahi wa yantahi 'amma shaak fih.

Translation

Seek refuge in Allah and stop concerning yourself with what causes doubt.

Context

This is a concise instruction from the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ on how to handle matters that cause uncertainty or doubt in one's faith. When faced with such issues, the recommended course of action is to turn to Allah for protection and guidance, and to refrain from dwelling on the source of the doubt.

O Allah, You are my Lord, there is no god but You. You created me and I am Your servant. I keep Your covenant and my pledge to You as best I can. I take refuge in You from the evil I have done. I acknowledge before You Your favor upon me, and I acknowledge my sin — so forgive me, for none forgives sins but You.
