Transliteration
La ilaha ill-Allah wahdahu la shareeka lah, lahul-mulku wa lahul-hamdu, wa Huwa 'ala kulli shay'in qadeer.
Translation
None has the right to be worshipped except Allah, alone, without partner. To Him belongs all sovereignty and praise, and He is over all things omnipotent.
Context
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught us to recite this phrase ten times in the morning and evening. He explained that this remembrance is equivalent to freeing four slaves and brings ten good deeds, ten bad deeds are erased, and one is raised ten ranks. It also serves as protection against Shaytan for the entire day.
Benefit
This powerful declaration affirms Allah's absolute oneness and sovereignty, bringing immense reward and protection from evil.
When to Recite
Recite ten times in the morning and ten times in the evening. If one is too tired, reciting it once is still beneficial.
