((يَقُولُ:((آمَنْتُبِاللَّهِوَرُسُلِهِ)).

Transliteration

Āmantu billāhi wa rusulihī.

Translation

I have believed in Allah and His Messenger.

Context

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught this supplication to be said when a person feels doubt or wavering in their faith. It is a declaration of firm belief in Allah and His chosen messengers.

Benefit

This dua reaffirms one's commitment to Allah and His divine message, strengthening faith and dispelling any lingering uncertainty.

اللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ رَبِّي لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ، خَلَقْتَنِي وَأَنَا عَبْدُكَ، وَأَنَا عَلَى عَهْدِكَ وَوَعْدِكَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُ، أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا صَنَعْتُ، أَبُوءُ لَكَ بِنِعْمَتِكَ عَلَيَّ، وَأَبُوءُ بِذَنْبِي، فَاغْفِرْ لِي، فَإِنَّهُ لَا يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ

O Allah, You are my Lord, there is no god but You. You created me and I am Your servant. I keep Your covenant and my pledge to You as best I can. I take refuge in You from the evil I have done. I acknowledge before You Your favor upon me, and I acknowledge my sin — so forgive me, for none forgives sins but You.

Glory is to Him who has subjected this to us, and we ourselves were not capable. Indeed, to our Lord we will return.
