((اللَّهُمَّاغْفِرْلِفُلاَنٍ(بِاسْمِهِ)وَارْفَعْدَرَجَتَهُفِيالْمَهْدِيِّينَ،وَاخْلُفْهُفِيعَقِبِهِفِيالْغَابِرِينَ،وَاغْفِرْلَنَاوَلَهُيَارَبَّالْعَالَمِينَ،وَافْسَحْلَهُفِيقَبْرِهِ،وَنَوِّرْلَهُفِيهِ)).

Transliteration
Allahumma ighfir li-fulan (bi-ismihi) warfa' darajatahu fil-mahdiyyeen, wakh-lufhu fi 'aqibihi fil-ghabireen, waghfir lana wa lahu ya Rabb al-'alamin, wafsah lahu fi qabrihi, wa nawwir lahu feehi.
Translation
O Allah, forgive [name of deceased] and raise his rank among the rightly guided. Be a successor to those he has left behind, forgive us and him, O Lord of the worlds. Make his grave spacious and illuminate it for him.
Context
This supplication is recited when closing the eyes of a deceased Muslim. It asks Allah for forgiveness, a high station in Paradise, and for Him to care for the family left behind.
