بِسْمِاللَّهِأَعُوذُبِعِزَّةِاللَّهِوَقُدْرَتِهِمِنْشَرِّمَاأَجِدُوَأُحَاذِرُ

Transliteration
Bismillahi, a'udhu bi 'izzatillahi wa qudratihi min sharri ma ajidu wa uhadhir.
Translation
In the name of Allah, I seek refuge in Allah's might and His power from the evil of what I feel and what I fear.
Context
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught this supplication when a companion complained of pain in his body. He instructed him to place his hand on the painful area and recite this dua.
Benefit
This dua seeks Allah's protection and relief from physical ailments, acknowledging His supreme power over all suffering.
When to Recite
Recite when experiencing any bodily pain or discomfort, placing your hand on the afflicted area.
