Morning and Evening Remembrance — Bismillah Alladhi La Yadurru

((بِسْمِاللَّهِالَّذِيلاَيَضُرُّمَعَاسْمِهِشَيْءٌفِيالْأَرْضِوَلاَفِيالسّمَاءِوَهُوَالسَّمِيعُالْعَلِيمُ))(ثلاثَمرَّاتٍ).

Transliteration
Bismillāhi alladhī lā yaḍurru maʿa ismahi shayʾun fī al-arḍi wa lā fī as-samāʾi wa huwa as-samīʿu al-ʿalīmu (three times).
Translation
In the name of Allah, with Whose name nothing can cause harm on earth or in the heavens, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing. Recite this three times.
Context
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught this supplication to his companion Uthman ibn Affan (may Allah be pleased with him) when he complained of severe pain. The Prophet ﷺ instructed him to recite this three times in the morning and evening for protection.
Benefit
Reciting this dua offers immense protection from all forms of harm, both physical and spiritual, by invoking Allah's powerful name and attributes.
When to Recite
After the morning (Fajr) and evening (Asr) prayers, three times.
