((ضَعْيَدَكَعَلَىالَّذِيتَألَّمَمِنْجَسَدِكَوَقُلْ:بِسْمِاللَّهِ،ثَلاَثاً،وَقُلْسَبْعَمَرَّاتٍ:أَعُوذُبِاللَّهِوَقُدْرَتِهِمِنْشَرِّمَاأَجِدُوَأُحَاذِرُ)).

Transliteration
Bismillah, Bismillah, Bismillah. A'udhu billahi wa qudratihi min sharri ma ajidu wa uhadhiru, A'udhu billahi wa qudratihi min sharri ma ajidu wa uhadhiru, A'udhu billahi wa qudratihi min sharri ma ajidu wa uhadhiru, A'udhu billahi wa qudratihi min sharri ma ajidu wa uhadhiru, A'udhu billahi wa qudratihi min sharri ma ajidu wa uhadhiru, A'udhu billahi wa qudratihi min sharri ma ajidu wa uhadhiru, A'udhu billahi wa qudratihi min sharri ma ajidu wa uhadhiru.
Translation
In the name of Allah. I seek refuge in Allah and His might from the evil of what I feel and what I fear. (Recite seven times).
Context
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught this supplication when a companion complained of pain in his body. He instructed him to place his hand on the painful area and recite this dua.
Benefit
This dua is a powerful way to seek Allah's protection and healing from physical ailments, acknowledging His power over all things.
