Dua for Body Pain — Bismillah wa A'udhu Billahi wa Qudratihi

بِسْمِاللَّهِ،أَعُوذُبِاللَّهِوَقُدْرَتِهِمِنْشَرِّمَاأَجِدُوَأُحَاذِرُ.

Transliteration
Bismillahi, a'udhu billahi wa qudratihi min sharri ma ajidu wa uhadhir.
Translation
In the name of Allah, I seek refuge in Allah and in His Power from the evil of what I feel and what I fear.
Context
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught this dua to his companion Uthman ibn Affan (may Allah be pleased with him) when he complained of pain in his body. It is a powerful supplication to recite when experiencing physical discomfort or anticipating it.
Benefit
This dua seeks Allah's protection from the immediate pain and any potential harm associated with it, acknowledging His ultimate power over all things.
When to Recite
When experiencing pain in the body, recite it and place your hand on the site of pain.
