Transliteration
A'udhu billahi minash-shaytanir-rajeem.
Translation
I seek refuge with Allah from the accursed devil.
Context
When anger arose in the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, he would seek refuge with Allah from the accursed devil. This supplication is a powerful way to invoke Allah's protection when feeling overwhelmed by anger.
Benefit
Seeking refuge with Allah acknowledges His power over all things, including the whispers of Shaytan that fuel anger. It is a declaration of reliance on the Almighty to overcome negative emotions.
