Transliteration
Asbahna 'ala fitratil-Islam, wa 'ala kalimil-ikhlas, wa 'ala deeni Nabiyyina Muhammadin (peace be upon him), wa 'ala millati Abina Ibraheema, haneefan Muslimeen, wa ma kana minal-mushrikeen.
Translation
We have entered the morning upon the innate disposition of Islam, the word of sincerity, the religion of our Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), and the way of our father Ibraheem (peace be upon him). Ibraheem was a Muslim and he was not of those who associate others with Allah.
Context
The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) taught this supplication to be recited in the morning. It affirms one's commitment to the core tenets of Islam, the pure monotheism of Ibraheem (peace be upon him), and rejects any form of polytheism.
Benefit
This dua reaffirms your sincere devotion to Allah and His deen, grounding your day in the foundational principles of Islam and the legacy of the prophets.
When to Recite
After Fajr prayer, once, until sunrise.
