Transliteration
As'alu Allaha al-'Adheem, Rabba al-'Arsh al-'Adheem, an yashfiyaka. (seven times)
Translation
I ask Allah, the Magnificent, Lord of the Mighty Throne, to grant you recovery. (Recite seven times).
Context
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught this supplication to be recited seven times for a sick person. It is a powerful way to seek Allah's healing for those who are unwell.
