Dua for Meeting an Adversary or Ruler

((اللَّهُمَّإِنَّانَجْعَلُكَفِينُحُورِهِم،وَنَعُوذُبِكَمِنْشُرُورِهِمْ)).

Transliteration
Allahumma inna naj'aluka fi nuhurihim, wa na'udhu bika min shururihim.
Translation
O Allah, we ask You to deal with them, and we seek refuge in You from their evil.
Context
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught this supplication to be recited when facing an enemy or a person of authority who poses a threat. It is a declaration of reliance on Allah and a plea for His protection against their perceived harm.
