اللَّهُمَّأَذْهِبِالبَأْسَ،رَبَّالنَّاسِ،اشْفِأَنْتَالشَّافِي،لاَشِفَاءَإِلاَّشِفَاؤُكَ،شِفَاءًلاَيُغَادِرُسَقَمًا

Transliteration

Allahumma adh-hibil-ba'sa, Rabban-Nas, ishfi Antash-Shafi, la shifaa'a illa shifaa'uka, shifaa'an la yughadiru saqaman.

Translation

O Allah, Lord of mankind, remove this suffering. Heal him, for You are the Healer. There is no healing but Your healing, a healing that leaves no illness.

Context

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ recited this dua when visiting a sick person, including Sa'd ibn Abi Waqqas (may Allah be pleased with him), asking Allah to remove their illness and grant them complete recovery.

Benefit

This supplication directly calls upon Allah as the ultimate Healer, seeking His divine intervention to remove affliction and grant a complete cure, acknowledging that all healing comes from Him alone.

I acknowledge before You Your favor upon me, and I acknowledge my sin — so forgive me, for none forgives sins but You.
