Praise to Allah in All Circumstances

كَانَالنَّبِيُّصلىاللهعليهوسلمإِذَاأَتَاهُالْأَمْرُيَسُرُّهُقَالَ:((الْحَمْدُلِلَّهِالَّذِيبِنِعْمَتِهِتَتِمُّالصَّالِحَاتُ))وَإِذَاأَتَاهُالْأَمْرُيَكْرَهُهُقَالَ:((الْحَمْدُلِلَّهِعَلَىكُلِّحَالٍ)).

Transliteration
Alhamdulillaahi 'alaa kulli haal.
Translation
Praise is to Allah in all circumstances. This was the Prophet Muhammad's ﷺ response to both pleasing and displeasing events, teaching us to maintain gratitude.
Context
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught his companions to respond to both good news and bad news with praise to Allah. When pleased, he would say, 'Praise is to Allah by Whose blessings good deeds are completed.' When displeased, he would say, 'Praise is to Allah in all circumstances.'
Benefit
This dua cultivates deep reliance on Allah and a state of constant contentment, recognizing His wisdom and decree in every situation.

Recite when experiencing any event, whether positive or negative.
