Transliteration
Subhan Allah, wal-hamdulillah, wa la ilaha ill-Allah, wallahu akbar, wa la hawla wa la quwwata illa billah.
Translation
Glorified is Allah, and all praise is for Allah, and there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and Allah is the Most Great, and there is no power and no might except by Allah.
Context
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught that these phrases are the 'good deeds which endure' (al-baqiyat al-salihat). He mentioned that whoever recites them in the morning or evening will have a great reward.
Benefit
Reciting these phrases acknowledges Allah's absolute perfection, sovereignty, and power, fostering deep humility and reliance on Him alone.

After Fajr and Asr prayers, or at any time during the morning and evening.
