اللَّهُمَّأَحْسَنْتَخَلْقِيفَأَحْسِنْخُلُقِي

Transliteration

Allahumma ahsanta khalqi fa ahsin khuluqi

Translation

O Allah, You have made my form beautiful, so make my character beautiful.

Context

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught this supplication to be recited when looking at oneself in a mirror. It is a beautiful expression of seeking Allah's perfection in both outward appearance and inner disposition.

Benefit

This dua seeks Allah's help in perfecting one's character, mirroring the beauty Allah has bestowed upon one's physical form.
